Daily Journal December 27, 1997, William Thomas Thompson. "If my people which are called by my name, will humble them-" Today is Saturday. I feel the year is slipping away and I must preserve every minute of time to make the best of it. I never was a 9-5 person. I never was an 8 hour man; I was always a 16 hour man at least, maybe more whatever it took. If I could stop time I would do it today because as the series I am now painting is entitled "You haven’t seen anything yet." I believe prophecy is being fulfilled. Most of the Bible is prophecy after the books of Moses of the Old Testament. We get our history from the Bible. "Selves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked" The words "Merry Christmas and happy New Year" are said by almost everyone at this time of year. What does it mean? Do people that say this really care? We get our Christmas like Easter from the pagan religion of old and have applied Christian meanings to the worship of these days or holidays. We get our time from a priest up about 1200 A.D. We get the modern version of the rapture and 7 year persecution from a Spanish priest back about the 15th century and accepted by most of the protestant church in the 19^th century. We get the English name of Jesus from the Church of Rome sometime prior to the dark ages, Let us reevaluate our doctrine on our religion and base it for the first time on the Bible. Most of the people I know have no independent opinion of who they are and what they believe. Church today is reportedly losing ground. "Ways, Then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin," 2 Timothy 3 -16,"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness." Let us hear the voice of the Lord. "And will heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7-14 Dear Lord, may I seek after understanding of thy word. May I seek after knowledge of truth and the divine, not the false? Supply me with grace I pray to overcome the evil will of this old world. His name in Hebrew is Yahshua, meaning "I am -Mighty and Power-" We are near the end of this day of grace as I see it according to Bible Prophecy. The 1000 years of peace could be the next coming millennium beginning at any time now. God will know his own. "Full to save." Let us call Him (Jesus) Yahshua! Praise His Name. I search for light and truth; I deepen myself in serious thinking and cautiousness seeking to separate the real from the possible. What is for real? Where should we turn our attention? Are we on a road to destruction or to eternal life? Should we take the easy road or the hard? Should we resist or go along with tradition? What does time mean? How much more time do we have? At what level should we be concerned? Do we have two more years? What is next? The only peace to be had is in total surrender to God Almighty. Could a volcano erupt and cover all the earth with a lake of fire burning everything in its path? Could fire rain down from Heaven like it did on the city of Sodom? Could all the H bombs explode? II Peter 3-10, "But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; In the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.11-Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what matter of person ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness." Wait on Him. If you are riding on your money today, you will be in trouble for sure as "in one hour all your money will be no good" Revelation 18-17, "For in one hour so great riches is come to naught". If you think God will protect your money, then you are wrong. If you have been told that serving God will make you rich, and then you need to think again. God is not blessing our money, the U.S. dollar, the devil is. The term in God we trust means nothing to this government and never has, no matter the party.
